FAAS has partnered with Eagle Crest Construction in order to provide a new mixed-unit townhouse development on the corner of 34 St SE. and 12 Ave SE in the Radisson Heights neighborhood of Calgary.

The project aims to bring diversity and animation to the area through the integration of a variety of unity types and sizes, creating a gentle transition between the established single-family contextual dwelling and the incoming high-density developments.

The project is scaled to consider and reflect the surrounding residences, utilizing a classic gable roof form to suit the context while bringing a fresh residential dwelling style to the area. A generous shared amenity space and common access pathway also provide great connectivity for pedestrian circulation around and through the site.
