The project entails 42 condominium units above 300 sqm of commercial area. Located in the community of Marda Loop, this site is located on a busy pedestrian corridor facing commercial activity on the north and residential conditions on the south. The façade responds to the dual conditions through materiality, massing, and unit exposure. The units to the north are programmed with urban-type lofts facing the city, while the south has residential condominium-type floor plans.
