FAAS has partnered with Aquila Pacific to bring a new multi-family project to the township of Esquimalt in Victoria British Columbia. Located on the intersection of Admirals Road and Constance Avenue, Constance House serves as a gateway to Esquimalt’s Canadian Forces Base and the harbor beyond.

This six-storey building is designed to bring compact and efficient design to promote sustainable land use and development in the community.

Constance House is designed to focus views to the harbor, providing generous gathering spaces for the community with a central courtyard at grade, and a spacious rooftop to view to rest of beautiful Esquimalt.
