FAAS has partnered with Eagle Crest Construction to bring a new 10 unit, two storey rowhome development to the community of Capitol Hill. This new development aims to increase the available housing in established with easy access to transportation, retail, commercial services, recreation, and community services.
The slope of the site gives the project its unique tiered design and roof profile. The courtyard located between the two rowhomes is arranged to maximize the landscape area on site and provide sunlight into the project.
