Flyover Block is a mixed used project located at the corner of Memorial Drive and Edmonton Trail N.E. in the community of Bridgeland. This six-storey mixed-use project is set with a restaurant and brewery at grade facing the street, along with the transparent facade design, and landscape and softscape designs, Flyover brewing aims to activate the streetscape along Edmonton Trail N.E. and McDougall Road N.E. as well as under the flyover to create a vibrant public space. 

Unique screening details for the residential units facing the flyover and Edmonton Trail N.E. provide both interactive articulations to engage the street and privacy for its residents. Located at a prominent intersection, the screening and design of the building help define a gateway into the neighbourhood of Bridgeland.
