As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist, VJ collaborates with project managers and designers to develop comprehensive construction document sets. Earning her Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the L.J. Institute of Engineering & Technology in India, she has been able to successfully navigate the complex problems on various projects at FAAS. Since joining us in April of 2023, VJ has contributed to many projects, with her favorite being Gallery First & Tenth, our 18-storey mixed-use, multi-residential development in Victoria Park with expansive views of downtown Calgary. Her favourite thing about being a part of FAAS is the opportunity for one-on-one mentorship and meetings with highly talented senior staff. The collaborative environment serves as a platform for continued growth by helping her to understand more about building details and construction. Beyond her life at FAAS, she enjoys finding time to relax by reading novels and she is also a fan of river rafting.
