As the Construction Administrator, Mike ensures that there is a seamless progression of projects by consistently informing the construction team and stakeholders of the project schedules and information. As a graduate of SAIT's Architectural Technology program, Mike leverages his education to handle various aspects of construction documentation, including working drawings, change procedures, field reviews, submittal reviews, RFI's, and all other sorts of construction documents. As a SAIT Alumni, Mike has also maintained a close relationship with the school, by offering mentorship and assistance for capstone projects and for students just moving into the industry. His top three favourite projects are Harrison, our mixed-use development in Marda Loop, Hillhurst, our 42-unit, mixed-use project completed in 2023, and Flyover, our nearly completed, six-storey development with a unique transparent facade. At FAAS Mike values the people and the culture, where the environment encourages freedom and responsibility, and where employees are allowed to pursue the area that interest them the most. Outside of work, Mike's interests and hobbies include the NFL, tennis, golf, movies, and fishing.
