Located in the vibrant community of Altadore, Loop 36 is a residential development designed to provide diverse housing options to contribute to the growth and culture of Altadore, a community that is quickly becoming a major hub for urban activity. The building design is articulated to help break down the street facing facades to create a comfortable pedestrian scale. Good quality materials such as brick and corrugated metal panel are used at and above grade to create texture, visual interest and to ensure durability.
