As an Architectural Technologist, Javier plays a pivotal role in solving the technical challenges of a project, by figuring out technical solutions that will allow them to be constructed. He graduated from SAIT in 2021 and since then he has been enjoying seeing projects progress from conceptualization to materialization. His favourite project so far has been our 5-unit townhome development in Capitol Hill, where he was the one who initiated the drawings for the Development Permit. What Javier values most about FAAS is the culture and the people. He enjoys being part of a team where individuals are not only proficient but also friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive, which inspires him to continuously learn and improve his skills. Outside of FAAS, Javier likes to work out, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and braving the not-so-fun but beneficial cold plunges.
