The AMC project proposed a multi-phase replacement and expansion of the airport’s airside maintenance facilities. This included additions to the existing vehicle storage building, new administration and maintenance stores/warehouses, new services infrastructure, and an expansion of airside connections. The project developed through significant stakeholder and user engagement and was subject to several rounds of budgetary revision. FAAS was retained as owners representative and responsible for project coordination, collaboration with YYC, design + construction review, user coordination, and tenant improvements.
