Truman Cliff-Bungalow

FAAS has partnered with Truman Homes to bring a new multi-family project to the community of Cliff Bungalow in southwest Calgary. This five-storey development includes 70 condo units, offering an array of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts spanning between 650 to 900 square feet. The prime location boasts remarkable walkable access to downtown amenities which include the Calgary Tower, the CORE Shopping Centre, and the serene Prince’s Island Park. It is also only a short drive to the University of Calgary, SAIT, and many nearby parks, restaurants and shops. 

Strategically positioned on 19th Avenue & 5th Street, Cliff Bungalow will incorporate a tree-lined public boulevard in order to create a more pedestrian-friendly street condition and to contribute to the community orientated atmosphere. The development is committed to providing easy access to public transportation with it only being a three-minute drive to the City’s Red and Blue CTrain Lines. The residents of the building will have access to rooftop amenities and at grade courtyard spaces with accessible indoor to outdoor connections. The development has a highly textured middle facade that consists of light tan bricks, black composite metal panels and cedar siding which pairs with the bright and engaging main floor and the simplified top floor step backs. Beyond its contemporary design and central location, this project embraces community living as it integrates seamlessly into the Cliff Bungalow neighborhood.
