FAAS has partnered with Aquila Pacific to bring a new mixed-use project to the township of Esquimalt in Victoria British Columbia. This ten-storey development is designed in line with the township of Esquimalt’s growth goals, bringing compact and efficient design to accommodate a growing diversity of local families.

Lighthouse presents a variety of housing types, affordable units, and special needs dwellings to support the housing needs of a diverse demographic, along with a daycare and various commercial spaces at grade. Additionally, Lighthouse provides an anchored and vibrant public realm for the community.

The building is designed to celebrate the views of the harbour and allow for community gathering both at grade and for the residents on the rooftop patio.
