As the Operations Manager, Taylor ensures the seamless operation of the office. With strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility, she prioritizes the well-being of the staff and provides support to the FAAS Partners. Taylor's journey is shaped by post-secondary courses in Accounting and Interior Decorating, coupled with her extensive previous experiences, this has allowed her to become an adaptable and resourceful leader. Although she hasn’t taken on any design roles, her contributions behind the scenes, from financial management to equipping employees for success, are critical for projects to succeed.

Her favorite completed FAAS project is 19+2 in Hillhurst, a multi-family development with commercial space at the bottom, and her top in progress project is Gallery First and Tenth, an 18-storey mixed use development in Victoria Park.

For Taylor, working at FAAS has not only allowed her to work alongside brilliant people, but it has also given her the ability to shape her own career path through the trust she has built with the firm. Beyond the office, Taylor treasures family time with her husband and son, adventuring in Canmore, Banff, and Jasper and getting out for family bike rides and walks. She also enjoys cooking and attending hot yoga sessions to clear her mind and for physical wellness.
