of Mount Pleasant. 466 Mount Pleasant 6+6 is a distinctive three-storey townhome project, situated on
a corner lot along 29th Ave and 4th street. The development includes 12, two story units, the upper units
being on the second and third floor and the lower units being on the first floor and in the basement. The
thoughtful design adheres the H-GO zoning regulations while also maximizing interior space and
ensuring a cohesive blend with the existing neighborhood & architectural presence.
