The project has been designed to provide sensitive solutions to integrate into the developing context of 33rd Ave SW. Identified by the City of Calgary as a future Main Street site, 33rd Ave SW is envisioned as a key location for careful densification. The scale of the proposal is consistent with these future goals, while simultaneously adopting design strategies to address the existing urban context. The project consists of 67 suites and 5 townhomes with attached garages and is designed around a public garden. The public courtyard acts as amenity space for residents as well as providing landscape screening between units to create privacy with units facing the courtyard.
