Oviatt House

The Oviatt House is located on the southern edge of Lethbridge, adjacent to a natural coulee and with the Rocky Mountains visible to the south and west.

Innovate Office

Innovate Calgary is a business incubator co-working space with the goal to accelerate, facilitate, and support innovation in the technology sector.

The project is located on the corner of 19th street and 31 ave sw in Calgary’s Marda Loop area. While the site is prominent in the community, it was quickly determined that the house must present an open face to the public corner, while providing a place of quietude internally.

The AMC project proposed a multi-phase replacement and expansion of the airport’s airside maintenance facilities.

Avenue 33

The project entails 42 condominium units above 300 sqm of commercial area. This site is located on a busy pedestrian corridor facing commercial activity on the north and residential conditions on the south.
