Bankview Versant is a multi-residential project located on 15 Street and 23 Avenue in the neighborhood of Bankview. Situated on a steep slope, the four-storey project provides landscaped terraces as it steps back from the street, providing ample light into the residential units.
In addition to the stepback, material transitions across the facade are designed to consider transition with its neighbors to create a scale appropriate addition to its context.
