We’re FAAS, the architecture firm built for reality. Founded in 2013, we cut our teeth in fast-moving urban housing, where design has to be smart, scalable, and ready to go. And now, we bring that same no-nonsense mindset to everything from housing and mixed-use to complex commercial and institutional builds.

Co-founders James Andalis and Michael Farrar share a passion for creating impactful, meaningful projects. With James’ expertise in project management and Michael’s strength in design and sustainability, together with their dedicated team, they pursue excellence. Placing collaboration over ego, knowing it’s the collective effort that makes their projects truly exceptional.
