Trail 19 is a new mixed-use multi-residential development at the corner of Edmonton Trail and 19 Ave N.E. in the neighborhood of Tuxedo Park. The six-storey building aims to create a vibrant and valued addition to the Main Street corridor context along Edmonton Trail NE, while also considering the transition between lower scale residential homes to the south and west of the property.

As identified by the City of Calgary Main Streets initiative, the Edmonton Trail N.E. corridor is envisioned as a key location for thoughtful densification with the goals of creating a vibrant public realm, providing a variety of retail and small business, and increasing local services and housing choices. The scale and character of this proposal is consistent with these future goals, while simultaneously adopting design strategies to address and respond to the existing urban context.
