NG50 is a four unit and four suite development in collaboration with RNDSQR. The project is designed to provide a modest increase in density to the community under R-CG (Low Density Grade Oriented Infill) bylaw requirements. Each unit and suite are allocated an individual amenity space – upper units have at-grade amenity space within a courtyard area and suites have recessed entries that allow for daylight to enter the unit. A planter filled with trees acts as a backdrop and a privacy screen within the courtyard area. The building form and materials are inspired by the mid-century style of neighbouring context
