19/14 aims to introduce a high quality public realm and people friendly destination to the corner of 19 Ave S.W. and 14A St. S.W. in the neighborhood of Bankview. With thoughtful building interface design and off-site park improvements, this project serves to create lively, inviting streets and interactive spaces.

The project proposes masses that are scale-sensitive to its neighbors, providing transitions by integrating building setbacks that protect sunlight on the park space and follow approved bylaw policies. The street level commercial space is also designed to be neighborhood-focused, strengthening connections between people and where they live with walkable amenities. Landscaped live-work entrances, outdoor seating for the commercial space, and common rooftop patio amenity space, all make up a strong local connectivity.
